Light Activation:

I'm currently a mental health therapist. I have a history of going to therapist for help, myself, with intrusive thoughts, trauma, fear of most things, severe anger, high anxiety, etc. I was also diagnosed with psoriasis arthritis after having my first child, in 2015. My marriage was severely strained. I began going to Rochelle because “why not”, I did not know much about this type of healing. I did not believe in miracles. I did not believe in anyone or anything. Each session grew with intensity of healing, getting closer and closer to my soul healing. She began with what she was guided to need work, areas in my life needing to be addressed. I started connecting with my higher self. I saw visions of my heart, my love was blocked from my husband. As the sessions continued, my grandmother appeared for guidance. She confirmed she was there showing me visions of her and smells of her. She said “I’m going to show you why you think you’re unlovable”. Sessions continued and each time, there were several messages for me, lessons learned, understanding for pain and suffering in my life and actual healing. These experiences were therapy, healing, connection, spiritual closeness, and so many things all at once.

Hypnosis:

I have completed six sessions and hypnosis. I no longer have arthritic pain, and I am no longer medicated. I have more patience. I have accepted my son as Autistic and have been able to truly to connect with him and understand him. All of this has been possible with healing. I refer all my clients to Rochelle for Light Activation Sessions regardless of their spiritual beliefs. Amazing things are happening for them too. I want everyone to experience this healing. It truly magnificent what spirit is capable of what we can be at our best self.

Light Activation:

I met with energy healer and hypnotist because I felt so desperate on how to deal with my stress. I had no idea what I was going into but she rocked my world and leaving my appointment I felt like a weight had been lifted even though I know that changing my mindset is going to be continuous work on my end. The big thing I learned last week is I really need to work on LETTING IT GO.  Setting healthy boundaries for myself when it comes to my mindset will be a process.

At first I was a little apprehensive, but I thought it could only help. I went ahead and tried it. I'm so glad that I did. Rochelle was professional and accommodating. Any questions or concerns, I had were fully addressed. I was amazed at how much she revealed without me mentioning anything. Light Activation:

I started going to Rochelle after being referred to her by my therapist. Through therapy we were able to uncover that I had a lot of things that were holding me back that were, well out of my control. I didn’t totally understand this but I went anyway because I was tired of feeling “sick and tired for no reason” and did not like that I had started medicine for depression and or mood stabilizer, this was new to me I had never been prescribed anything like that before. I also felt like I had no drive or motivation.

I started Light Activation Healing (LAH), I started having a different attitude about things. But there was more work to be done. We continued our journey through LAH for a few sessions. I personally stand in testimony that this is for real. I would like to put what I experienced in the first LAH into words but I cannot it was like going back through my whole life again almost an out of body experience if I could sum it up, it was the coolest thing I’ve ever experienced. The next day, I felt light on my feet had a total shift in positive ways, like just something as simple as loving myself and others more. I am helping strangers and showing more compassion for others that I don’t know. Which is something the old me would not do. I owe it all to her practice. I could not have done these things on my own without her help. I thank her deeply for that and fully support her in any way I can. I would highly recommend this to anyone I do or do not know personally to go to her even if it is just out of curiosity, she is the best in my book!!

Hypnosis:

I tried hypnosis to get to the root of my problems with Karma and why things are the way they are and how they affect me and my life in this lifetime. I went to my first hypnosis session and that was about a month ago. Since then I have quit smoking and vaping cold turkey, I still think about it sometimes. I’m still smoke free I actually like the challenge. I also have been more forgiving of myself and others lately which has helped me grow as a person inside my soul. I just feel so different.

Light Activation:

All of us need a session with Rochelle at least once every month. Her dedication to heal you and presence in the room is something that differentiate her from other people. You can feel her energy working in your favor even when you leave the room. I do enjoy the time she spends during the session as well as the post-work she puts into, coming from the messages she gets during it. Hypnosis:

There is no softer voice than Rochelle’s. Even if you are scared to try anything, she will guide you and walk with you, her sweet voice and her kind heart. She pushes the healing where and when it needs to be pushed and invites your higher self to a safe place to bring answers. I can’t wait to see how many more amazing things Rochelle will do to allow healing witting ourselves and our communities.
